What we collect

When you create a VoxWind account, we store your email address and a hashed (bcrypt) version of your password. We never see your plaintext password. We also record the time you created your account and basic session metadata (IP address and User-Agent) so that we can secure your sessions.

How we use it

We use this information only to authenticate you across VoxWind tools, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, security alerts), and protect against abuse.

Cookies

We set a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie (vw_session) scoped to .voxwind.com after you log in. It is required for the service to function. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking on this domain.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We send transactional email through MailChannels and verify captchas through Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your choices

You can change your password or log out of all sessions at any time. To delete your account, contact us at voxwind.com/contact.
